PHP Namespaces are a go

Thanks to the patch of Dimitri, the PHP namespaces are finally going to be implemented. It hasn’t been said for which release, but they are coming. And I like it! This might even be the start for codeblock namespaces as well. Looks like PHP is really going to be a decent OOP language. Did I say I love it, allready?
